This website is operated by Surgical Aesthetics of Tulsa, PLLC, an Oklahoma professional limited liability company doing business as BelleSculpt Oklahoma, with clinics in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.

This website isn't medical advice

Everything here is general information to help you learn about your options. It isn't a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for an in-person consultation.

Visiting this site, filling out a form or sending us a message doesn't create a patient relationship. That starts once you've had a consultation and agreed to care with us.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Please don't use our website forms or text messages for urgent medical needs.

Results, photos and pricing

• Results vary. Every body is different, and your results depend on your health, goals and how you heal.
• Before and after photos show real patients who gave permission to share them. They're examples, not promises.
• Prices shown on this site are starting points. Your actual cost depends on your plan, which we'll go over with you during your consultation.
• Specials and event pricing are subject to the terms listed with each offer and may change or end at any time.

Text messages

When you give us your mobile number and check the box to receive texts, you're joining BelleSculpt Oklahoma's text messaging program. Here's how it works:

• What we send: appointment reminders, follow-ups, event updates and occasional special offers.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you're unsubscribed.
• For help: reply HELP, call us at 918-770-8111(Tulsa) or 405-562-6668(Oklahoma City), or email marketing@bellesculptoklahoma.com.
• No purchase required: agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
• Delivery: mobile carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Financing and other companies

Financing options like Cherry, PatientFi, Affirm and CareCredit are offered by those companies, not by us. Approval, rates and terms are up to them. The same goes for any other outside website we link to. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.

Our content

The words, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to BelleSculpt Oklahoma or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.

Using the site responsibly

Please don't submit false information, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

The legal fine print

We work hard to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided "as is." We can't promise it will always be available, error free or completely up to date.

To the extent the law allows, BelleSculpt Oklahoma isn't liable for damages that come from using, or not being able to use, this website. This doesn't limit any rights you have as a patient once you're under our care.
