Loose Skin Tightening with BodyTite in Oklahoma City & Tulsa

When unwanted fat and loose skin occur together, liposuction alone may not address the full concern. BodyTite combines RF assisted technology with body contouring to remove localized fat and encourage skin contraction.

At BelleSculpt Oklahoma, we create personalized plans for patients seeking smoother, more defined contours without the skin removal required in a traditional lift.

Fat Reduction and Skin Contraction in One Plan

Traditional liposuction is designed to remove localized fat. It does not directly tighten the skin. BodyTite adds controlled radiofrequency energy beneath the skin, allowing the provider to address fat while encouraging contraction of the surrounding tissue.

BodyTite is often used with liposuction rather than as a substitute for it. The amount of contour change depends on the treatment area, skin quality, fat distribution and the degree of laxity.

How BodyTite Works

BodyTite is a minimally invasive radiofrequency-assisted procedure. A thin internal probe is introduced through a small access point while an external electrode travels above the skin. Radiofrequency energy passes between them, producing controlled heating within the targeted tissue.

The technology is designed to monitor treatment conditions as energy is delivered. Fat can then be removed through liposuction when included in the surgical plan.

Areas BodyTite May Treat

Depending on anatomy and surgical planning, BodyTite may be used on areas such as:

  • Abdomen and waist
  • Flanks and back
  • Upper arms
  • Inner or outer thighs
  • Bra-line and underarm areas
  • Hips and other localized body areas

Not every area or patient is appropriate for the same approach. For smaller areas like the underarms, upper arms, inner thighs or knees, AccuTite uses a finer probe for more precise contouring. Your consultation determines whether BodyTite, AccuTite, liposuction alone, Morpheus8 Body or a surgical lift is the better fit.

BodyTite, Morpheus8 Body or Surgery?

BodyTite

Best suited to patients with localized fat and mild to moderate laxity who need more than an external skin treatment but may not require skin removal.

Morpheus8 Body

Uses radiofrequency microneedling to improve skin texture and mild laxity. It does not remove a substantial fat pocket.

Surgical Lift or Tummy Tuck

Removes significant excess skin and may reposition tissue or repair separated abdominal muscles. BodyTite cannot perform those surgical corrections.

Who May Be a Candidate?

Potential candidates are healthy adults with localized fat, mild to moderate skin laxity, stable weight and realistic expectations. Skin quality, treatment area and overall health influence the result.

Tell the team about medications, medical conditions, prior surgery, implanted devices, nicotine use and pregnancy plans. BodyTite is not a weight-loss treatment and cannot remove substantial hanging skin.

Consultation and Treatment Planning

Your first consultation is generally with an aesthetic consultant who will discuss your concerns and introduce the available options. A medical provider evaluates you before treatment and confirms the final plan.

The team will explain treatment areas, liposuction, access points, anesthesia, expected recovery, compression and follow-up. If another procedure would better address your concern, that comparison should be part of the recommendation.

Recovery and Results

BodyTite involves small access points and internal treatment, so it has real recovery. Swelling, bruising, tenderness, firmness, drainage and temporary numbness may occur. Compression garments are commonly used when liposuction is performed.

Early contour changes evolve as swelling improves. Skin contraction and tissue remodeling continue gradually. Individual results and timelines vary, and no degree of tightening can be guaranteed.

Risks and Considerations

Potential risks include bleeding, infection, burns or thermal injury, fluid collection, contour irregularity, asymmetry, numbness, skin injury, poor scarring, delayed healing, anesthesia complications and the need for additional treatment.

BodyTite may reduce the need for skin excision in selected patients, but it cannot replace a tummy tuck, arm lift, thigh lift or body lift when substantial loose skin is present.

Recognized BodyTite Experience

Dr. Patrick “Tyson” Blatchford was recognized as the nation’s #1 BodyTite and FaceTite provider in 2025. BelleSculpt Oklahoma combines this experience with individualized surgical planning rather than treating every patient with the same settings or procedure.

Cost and Financing

Cost depends on the number and size of treatment areas, the amount of liposuction, anesthesia, facility needs and whether BodyTite is combined with another procedure. Personalized pricing is provided after consultation.

Financing options are available for qualified patients, including clinic-specific Cherry applications for Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
